Number of position: Four
Duty station: One HIS Advisor will be placed in each of the four ICAP regional offices in these regions. Please note that one HIS Advisor will cover Addis Ababa Region and Dire Dawa Region.
Job Summary: The Regional Health Information System (HIS) Advisors will directly oversee all regional activities on this project, including health information system (HIS) training, piloting, and implementation and will support in capacity building of Regional Health Bureaus (RHBs) on conducting data quality assessments and implementing the command centers. Under the supervision of the central HIS Advisor, he/she will plan, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the performance of the project in the region.

Qualification and experience

• 6 years of relevant experience in strategic information
